A WORD FOR THE VERYDARKBLACKMAN, "Don't play..."

The Verydarkblackman

At exactly 1:00am (EST), Sunday, October 22nd, 2023, I felt so nostalgic to do this for the sake of brotherhood

First and foremost, I want to appreciate your Followership, Likes, Shares, and Comments for my two recent posts from JOGE Blogs. I thank you all for being such a wonderful inspiration to me and my Team, I will never take you guys for granted.

Here I come again my people! As you all know that the hardest thing a social commentator, or someone with the love of others at heart will do is to keep silent when your counterpart needs a word of encouragement, corrections or advice.

Dear fans, you will recollect that I stated out clearly in the article introducing JOGE Blogs that we shall occasionally poke-nose into trending issues of interest as they go viral on social media platforms. One of such issues is the one that has to do with the celebrated #VeryDarkblackman, a Social Media Analyst, and somebody I call "A Do It Right Crusader".

For the benefit of those who per adventure is reading about the VeryDarkblackman for the first time, he is a Nigerian, content provider, an irresistible voice for the voiceless, and a brilliant analyst on most social media platforms. He has singlehandedly fought illegal manufacturers of skin care products to a standstill through his contents, while his voice has become a reference point on national issues, particularly the ongoing investigation into what led to the sudden demise of Nigerian Afrobeat Singer, #Mohbad.

His fearlessness, doggedness, and incorruptible candor have endeared him into the hearts of his numerous fans.

As we all know that no one forces opinions on a fully grown/matured adult, you are only permitted to advise. Whereas, advice is meant to be taken or rejected by the advisee.

The VeryDarkblackman is currently one of the most everyday topics of discussion on social media platforms. He gets both accolades and hits (Gbas-gbos) as you may wish to call it for whatever he does, says, or happens around him. Just like Jesus, he's another example of "Hosanna today, crucify him tomorrow". I am sure that right now, he won't even know what he will do that will not steer condemnation and attacks. But in all of these, one thing I know is working for this guy is the Grace of God. He's one person God is really helping to fight his wars, because if you come out for him today, by the next day you will find prominent social media influencers calling your head out, and sending you missiles from both left and right, while on the other way round, helpers of destinies, philanthropists and good Samaritans will be gifting him with exactly what you have mocked him with. Typical example was when he was mocked for his everyday worn string black vest, a few days after, he was gifted with pairs of complete Blazers and shoes by fans from the United Kingdom.

Blessing CEO

Another hit was when that famous social media relationship expert @Blessing CEO called him out and tore his personality into pieces for going to the market in slippers and rags according to her. She went as far as body-shaming him, and mouth-tearing apart the home where he presents his stuff. So, if you call him 'Èbúdolá' or 'Òtédolá' as Yorubas will describe such a person, you are not wrong, because the aftermath of all the missiles targeted at him have always been a blessing.

Therefore, for the gifters and helpers of destinies for our brother VeryDarkblackman, such as @Davido, @King Tunde Ednut, @Kubana Chiefpriest, @Seun Kuti and the rest, thank you for being your brother's keeper, may God continue to bless your handworks.

Having said this, I have a piece of advice for this social media rave of the moment, and the most controversial social commentator, the VeryDarkblackman. Brother, as much as I don't usurp into people's privacy or get in between any decisions made by an adult. But as your silent follower who loves you wholeheartedly and following your growths, I have few things to say about some of your guiding principles. I beg your pardon if you feel offended. But I trust you won't.

Bro! Today, you have become a man in the eyes of the public whom God has bestowed a rare favour of cheers and applause in this particular season. Seize the opportunity to establish yourself so you might be able to provide cover for the voiceless, and the less privileged you care about. No season lasts forever, just as no King reigns forever. God has given you a tool which is your voice, certainly not the most eloquent, but privileged to have the Almighty endorsement. Don't be too rigid with your decisions, be flexible with personal growth issues. Seek to know what you don't know.

Now that God has helped you to build a community of dedicated fans and followers, create a Brand, get mentored by great people in your circle, choose your friends, and build an empire that will outlive you because nothing lasts forever.

Remember, you said in one of your videos I watched that when Cubana Chiefpriet met with you, his first complaint was why have you decided not monetizing your page, and Davido said he too has fought you over it. A word is enough for the wise Bro! Don't let these guys see you as someone who isn't ready to grow.

Release yourself for mentoring now that these already made people are ready to hold you by the wrist. Everyone prays for the helpers of destinies, the pendulum is swinging your direction now, grab it for it wouldn't wait for another seconds.

The Biblical Peter was a professional fisherman, and he was certainly not the only professional fishermen at the time, but Jesus singled him out to be made a Fisher of Men. Imagine if he failed to surrender himself, will Jesus not find another person?

A word is enough for the wise my friend and brother, the VeryDarkblackman. May the Lord continue to bless your hustle, and make all your dreams a reality.

My piece of advice goes to all of us reading this as well, let's take a legit advantage of today, to build a virile tomorrow.

Thank you and God bless! Till I come your way again, don't forget to Like, Share, Comment & Follow.

"Don't play, you will learn the hard way." - the VERYDARKBLACKMAN.
